“I was convinced since 1993 when I founded Form International that trees and forests play a major role on our planet. I see that this company has taken this role by providing practical answers for sustainable landscape restoration and sustainable forest management of the tropical areas. I am re- inspired by the Documentary of Sir David Attenborough, A Life on our Planet, in which he states: “The truth is: the natural world is changing. And we are totally dependent on that world. It provides our food, water and air. It is the most precious thing we have and we need to defend it.” I am very committed as chairman of Form International to make sure that we can act upon this statement.”
Paul is an active player and long-term visionary with a passion to develop effective solutions for large scale reforestation and landscape restoration activities worldwide. These concepts developed so far in Ghana and Tanzania are successful and become role models for replication and upscaling in other countries. Paul has extensive international experience as a senior forestry advisor and is specialized in Sustainable Forest Management, reforestation and investments.
