Triodos Regenerative Money Centre and Treevive partner through an impact-first investment for Nature-based Solutions

Triodos Regenerative Money Centre and Treevive are excited to announce a strategic partnership aimed at leveraging impact-first investments to protect and restore forest landscapes.

Bianca Boelema, Senior Investment Manager at Triodos Regenerative Money Centre:
“By investing in Treevive’s innovative forest carbon projects, we are addressing critical issues like biodiversity loss. True impact comes from patient, risk-tolerant capital. Together with Treevive, we can demonstrate the power of Nature-based Solutions and set a precedent for future investments in environmental restoration and community resilience.”

Liesbeth Gort, CEO of Treevive, adds:
“More private capital is needed for the restoration and conservation of tropical forest landscapes, as this natural capital is still underfunded. The collaboration with TRMC allows us to accelerate our mission of halting deforestation and restoring tropical forests by developing forest carbon projects, crucial for mitigating climate change and halting biodiversity loss.”

Triodos Regenerative Money Centre and Treevive share a vision for impact investments in Nature-based Solutions. Triodos Regenerative Money Centre shows its commitment to Treevive’s initiatives to develop 30 forest projects by 2030. These efforts aim to restore and conserve at least 2 million hectares of land and sequester 30 million tons of CO2. This catalytic investment aligns with Triodos Regenerative Money Centre’s strategy of promoting sustainable investments and Treevive’s mission to address deforestation and promote forest restoration and sustainable forest management.
